Choose the right route

Profile deck and outgoing Meets

• The deck is an authenticated, approved-user service. Approved eligible free and paid users can browse eligible unseen profiles sequentially and in full. There is one open card at a time and no timed automatic assignment.
• Pass, Block, Report and outgoing Meet are free. After a Pass or confirmed Meet, the next eligible profile may appear immediately. An ignored card stays open for seven days.
• A Meet expires after 48 hours. You can have up to ten pending outgoing requests; a recipient can have up to ten pending incoming requests.
• No prospect-ready email or SMS is sent when you browse, Pass or receive the next card.

Incoming requests and membership

• A free recipient sees only a server-generated blurred teaser and may Decline. Active membership is required to reveal and Accept a current-policy incoming request.
• Membership costs £29.99 per month and renews until cancelled. It also reveals eligible event-result identities and includes admission to Social Muslims-run online and in-person events, subject to reservation, eligibility, capacity, waitlists and event rules.
• Payment never accepts a request. After acceptance, both people—including a free sender—may schedule and join a call. Existing accepted Connections and scheduled calls remain available if membership expires.
• General team or personal-matchmaker support is not included in standard membership.

Connection-specific help

After both people have accepted a Connection, either person may use Ask our team to help for fair-use scheduling or coordination assistance. One case may be open at a time. This does not guarantee a response time, availability, rearrangement or outcome. Assistance already promised remains available.

Private Matchmaker Introductions

The separate service costs £999 paid once for three months, is available by application and includes agreed personal matchmaker work. Applying is an enquiry. The retired £19.99 Intro product is not available for new purchase; valid historical purchase and restoration rights remain supported.

Calls and events

• On a private call, Leave may allow re-entry until the call window closes. Finish permanently ends the call and records a private Yes/No decision.
• Event-round Leave pauses/exits that round; leaving the event is a separate control.
• Membership event admission still requires a confirmed reservation and is subject to capacity and waitlists.
• No event place, minimum number of rounds, response, completed call or outcome is guaranteed.

Billing, data and legal consent

• Cancel online, in PayPal Automatic Payments or through Apple ID settings as applicable. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Use in-product export/deletion controls or the privacy route above. Withdrawing sensitive-data consent prevents new matching activity but not billing cancellation, data rights, safety reporting or existing accepted/scheduled calls.
• Marketing choices are optional. Necessary service communications may continue while the relevant service is active.
