Essential storage

We use cookies, local storage and similar device storage that are strictly necessary for sign-in, authentication, fraud and security controls, profile-deck and request deep-link state, payment return, subscription management, legal-consent evidence, call continuity and service recovery. Blocking essential storage may prevent the service working.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics helps us understand screens viewed, actions such as profile views and request outcomes, product performance and errors. Where consent is required it remains disabled until you choose “Accept analytics”. Analytics consent is separate from Terms acceptance, sensitive-data consent and marketing choices.

Your choices

Choose “Essential only” or “Accept analytics” in the banner. You can clear browser/app storage to reset the choice and be asked again. Browser and device settings can also block storage, but essential features may fail.

Third parties

Authentication, payment and video providers may set or access storage when their feature is loaded. We limit integrations where practicable and describe providers in the Privacy Notice. No cookie choice authorises profile publication or unrelated marketing.
