Social Muslims Event Terms

Eligibility, reservations and price

Every attendee must be at least 18, signed in, eligible for the event and hold a confirmed personal reservation. Some Social Muslims-run events are free to approved users. Active £29.99 monthly membership includes admission to all Social Muslims-run online and in-person events while membership remains active, subject to reservation, profile/event eligibility, capacity, waitlists and date-specific conduct or venue conditions.

Membership does not guarantee a place and does not include third-party events or expressly identified add-on services. If a separately charged event or add-on is offered, its price and cancellation terms are shown before payment.

Access and format

Join only through your own account and complete required camera, microphone, permission and network checks. Event format, start time, round length and lobby opening are shown on the date-specific page and may change reasonably for safety, attendance or technical reasons.

In structured rounds, Leave exits or pauses the current round and may permit re-entry while the round is open. Leaving the event itself is a separate action. Finish, where shown for a private Connection call, ends that call and records a private decision.

Interest and results

Interest choices are private and do not disclose direct contact details. Free attendees may see eligible interested or mutual counts. Active membership may be required to reveal relevant event-result identities and follow-up options. Payment never changes another person's choice or creates mutual interest.

Cancellations and waitlists

Cancel in Events if you cannot attend so the place can be offered to the waitlist. A waitlist entry is not a reservation. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for any separately paid service.

Conduct, privacy and recording

Events are for respectful, marriage-minded adults. Follow the Safety Rules. Nudity, sexual conduct, harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, financial solicitation, recording, screenshots and sharing another participant's information are prohibited. Social Muslims does not record private call audio or video by default, but stores reservation, attendance, round, interest, call-lifecycle, technical and safety metadata.

No outcome guarantee

A reservation, membership or payment does not guarantee attendance, admission where eligibility is not met, minimum attendance, a minimum number of rounds, any particular pairing, mutual interest, a reply, a completed call, relationship or marriage. We may delay, shorten, replace or recover rounds where reasonably required for safety or technical operation.
