Eligibility, booking and price

Booking is required for both formats: online marriage events and in-person marriage events each need a confirmed booking. The £29.99 monthly membership includes all listed events without an extra admission fee, subject to eligibility, capacity and the event starting within your paid term. One complimentary ticket covers one event of either format without subscribing. Online mutual-match identities require membership.

App booking requires an approved profile, identity and contact checks, availability and current consent. Two photos are needed to view members, but they are not needed to book or attend an event. Online marriage events run Tuesday and Thursday at 20:00 Europe/London, with 20 places: ten men and ten women and ordered waitlists. There is no member organiser or prospect-invitation priority.

In-person marriage events state their actual format; a social does not necessarily include speed matching. App booking is subject to reservation from a staff-confirmed allocation. Access and format

The lobby opens 15 minutes before the start and admits only confirmed eligible attendees. Everyone joins the same scheduled lobby, not separate appointment times. Complete camera, microphone and network checks through your own account. Up to ten private five-minute calls run in simultaneous pairs, with 20-second decisions including after the final call. No full guest list or other pair's channel is disclosed. Pairing follows safety, mutual hard preferences and attendance. Meeting counts are not guaranteed.

At least two men and two women must form two valid simultaneous pairs to start. Insufficient attendance within five minutes cancels the event with a link to another date. New arrivals may join until ten minutes after the start; reconnecting attendees may return throughout the event. Events may end early if no eligible pairings remain and never exceed one hour.

Leave pauses the current round and may permit re-entry while open. Leaving the event is separate. Finish, where shown for a private Connection call, ends that call and records its private decision.

Interest and results

Interested means you would like to speak again. Interested and Pass choices are final; a missed decision becomes no response. There is no post-event like-back or result disclosure during rounds. Only mutual choices are revealed after completion and the final decision period. One-sided interest, Pass choices and one-sided interest counts remain private.

Free results contain mutual-match counts and anonymous placeholders only. Active members may reveal mutual matches and initiate follow-up. The intended recipient may respond and attend that specific call for free. Payment never acts automatically. Membership expiry does not cancel agreed calls or revoke previously shared numbers. There is no new result-expiry deadline. Historical private decisions retain their original disclosure rules.

Cancellations and waitlists

Cancelling releases your place only. Before the lobby opens, the earliest eligible waitlisted attendee of the same gender may be promoted, subject to admission entitlement. Booking and promotions close 15 minutes before the start. A waitlist place is not a confirmed ticket.

Organiser cancellation restores complimentary admission. Attendee cancellation at least 24 hours before the event also restores it; late cancellation and no-show consume it. Member late cancellations and no-shows are recorded for staff review, without an automatic charge or ban. A cancelled included event does not automatically refund the whole membership; contact staff if no usable alternative is available.

Existing booked programmes keep their original time, admission, format and privacy rules. This release does not cancel or merge them. Historical decisions remain governed by their original policy.

Conduct, privacy and recording

Events are for respectful, marriage-minded adults. Follow the Safety Rules. Nudity, sexual conduct, harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, financial solicitation, recording, screenshots and sharing another participant's information are prohibited. Social Muslims does not record private call audio or video by default, but stores reservation, attendance, round, interest, call-lifecycle, technical and safety metadata.

No outcome guarantee

A reservation, membership or payment does not guarantee attendance, admission where eligibility is not met, minimum attendance, a minimum number of rounds, any particular pairing, mutual interest, a reply, a completed call, relationship or marriage. We may delay, shorten, replace or recover rounds where reasonably required for safety or technical operation.
